Access to Iluka Education Products is subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
Iluka Education grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access, read, and utilize the Iluka Education Products. This license is non-transferable, except for verified educators, where transfer is permitted in accordance with the terms outlined in the clause below. If you are a parent or guardian agreeing to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of a child, you may grant access to the Iluka Education Products solely to that child under the terms stated herein.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to use Iluka Education Products for your personal educational and/or teaching purposes and to access Iluka Education Products solely using your personal login credentials. You agree not to share your login credentials or resources with any other individual, except the child for whom access is granted. Additionally, you agree not to make Iluka Education Products, or any part thereof, available on public internet platforms or allow unauthorized access to the content.
Iluka Education may notify instructors or educational personnel of suspected violations or prohibited uses by student users.
Except as expressly permitted herein, you shall not:
- - Access Iluka Education Products by any means other than those provided by Iluka Education
- - Use Iluka Education Products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- - Share access codes or account information with third parties
- - Upload, post, or distribute content that violates these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise inappropriate
From time to time, you may provide Iluka Education with feedback or suggestions regarding Iluka Education Products ("Feedback"). By submitting Feedback, you grant Iluka Education the right to use, develop, and exploit it without restriction or obligation to compensate or seek permission from you.
Third-party software may be required or recommended to access or use certain features of Iluka Education Products. Iluka Education provides no warranties or assurances regarding third-party websites or software and is not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from their use.
You agree to use Iluka Education Products in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Any invalid or unenforceable portions of this Agreement shall be construed to reflect the original intentions of the parties to the maximum extent permissible.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of NSW, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
Iluka Education may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Users will be notified of changes before they take effect, and continued use of Iluka Education Products constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Iluka Education may make changes to its Products and will notify users of updates, additions, or amendments. If such amendments materially change the service provided under these Terms and Conditions and you do not agree, you may terminate your access.
Personal information received will be treated in accordance with Iluka Education's Privacy Policy. By accessing Iluka Education Products through an educational institution, you consent to the collection and disclosure of personal information as outlined herein.
